🚨 Zero Tolerance
RateMyBody.net has absolute zero tolerance for nude or sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18. This includes real images, AI-generated content, drawings, and any other format.
Anyone who uploads, shares, or solicits such material will be:
- Permanently banned from the platform.
- Reported to law enforcement — including NCMEC, Finnish police (KRP), FBI, and Europol.
- Subject to criminal prosecution. All identifying information (IP, device data, account history) is preserved and handed to authorities.
📋 Age Requirements
- Minimum age to use the platform: 13. Accounts below 13 are removed on discovery.
- All nudity and sexual content requires 18+. No exceptions.
- Minor photos receive limited feedback only — no numeric ratings, no Favourite/Boost/Purchase, and identity is always hidden.
- If our moderation team suspects uploaded content depicts a minor, the content is immediately removed, the account is suspended, and authorities may be notified.
- Some countries have higher age requirements. For example, Australia requires 16+ for social media platforms, and France requires 15+. We are implementing jurisdiction-specific age enforcement to comply with these laws. If you are under the legal minimum age for social media in your country, you may not use this platform.
📢 Notice About Older Content
On April 12, 2026, we significantly tightened our minor protection rules. Content uploaded before this date was reviewed under previous guidelines and may not yet fully comply with the current policy.
We are actively reviewing older content, but due to the volume involved this takes time. If you come across any photo or video that appears to violate the current rules, please report it — it genuinely helps us clean up faster.
⚡ Our Response
When suspected CSAM or underage sexual content is identified:
- Content is immediately removed and never made publicly visible again.
- Uploader account is permanently banned. IP addresses and device fingerprints are blocked.
- NCMEC CyberTipline report is filed within 24 hours with all available evidence.
- Law enforcement is notified — Finnish KRP, and where applicable FBI, Europol, or local police.
- All evidence is preserved — original files, metadata, account data, session logs, and communications.
🔍 Detection & Prevention
- AI pre-screening: All uploads are automatically scanned before becoming visible.
- Perceptual image hashing: Known CSAM and previously-removed images are detected automatically.
- Age estimation: Content flagged as potentially depicting a minor triggers mandatory human review.
- Human moderation: Flagged content is reviewed by trained moderators. Suspected minor content requires review by multiple moderators.
- Upload restrictions: Rate limiting, VPN/proxy detection, and session tracking are in place.
🚨 Staff Conduct
Any sexual, romantic, or intimate contact between a RateMyBody staff member and a user under 18 is an absolute criminal prohibition.
- Staff are prohibited from privately messaging any user. All communications are system-generated.
- Only designated Safeguarding Leads may handle moderation tasks involving minors, and all such actions require two-person review.
- Violations result in immediate termination and criminal referral to law enforcement.
If a staff member contacts you inappropriately, tell a trusted adult and contact your local police. You can also report it through our Report Abuse Form.
🤝 Law Enforcement Cooperation
RateMyBody cooperates fully and immediately with all law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. We provide:
- Account information, IP history, and session data.
- Upload metadata, original files, and perceptual hashes.
- Communication logs and user interactions.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent EU/Finnish law, we are legally obligated to report suspected CSAM to authorities.
⚖️ Criminal Penalties
CSAM offences carry severe criminal penalties worldwide:
- Production/distribution: up to 6 years imprisonment. Aggravated: up to 10 years.
- Grooming: up to 2 years. Sexual abuse of a child: 1–10 years.
- Production: minimum 3 years. Distribution: minimum 2 years. Possession: minimum 1 year.
- Production: 15–30 years. Distribution: 5–20 years (life for repeat offenders). Possession: up to 20 years.
- Fines up to $250,000, asset forfeiture, mandatory sex offender registration.

- Response within 1 hour during business hours.
