ℹ️ What Staff Chat Is
Staff Chat connects you directly to whichever member of our team is currently online. It is not a bot — a real person (or several, taking turns) reads and replies to every message. Behind the scenes, staff can answer from this website's admin dashboard or from our private Discord server, so replies might take a little bit to arrive depending on who's around.
It exists for a few overlapping reasons:
- Support — account problems, upload issues, questions about rules, report follow-ups, ban appeals guidance, and anything else you'd normally email us about.
- Community connection — staff are part of this community too. Friendly, respectful conversation, asking how the site works, sharing feedback, or just saying hi is completely welcome. You don't need a "problem" to use it.
- Just for fun (18+) — this is also a genuinely casual, flirty space if both sides want it to be. Staff Chat is not a mandatory job duty for our team — it's something they choose to do because they enjoy being part of the community, so the vibe can be a lot more relaxed and friendly than a typical support line. See below for exactly how that works.
✅ What You Can Talk About
- OK Account issues — login problems, verification, missing points, profile settings, deleting your account.
- OK Upload/rating problems — a photo stuck "pending", a rating that seems wrong, AI review questions.
- OK Reporting content or behavior you think breaks the rules (though the dedicated report form is usually faster for that).
- OK Questions about a ban, warning, or moderation action you received.
- OK General questions about how the site, points, boosts, events, or Discord server work.
- OK Feedback, feature ideas, or bug reports (the Ideas & Feedback and Bug Tracker pages exist too — either works).
- OK Safety concerns — if you feel unsafe, are being harassed by another member, or are worried about someone (including yourself).
- OK Casual, friendly conversation — compliments, small talk, asking staff about the community. Staff are people, not a ticket machine.
- OK Flirting and compliments about someone's photos/body, if you're both 18+. Plenty of members use Staff Chat this way and it's totally fine — just remember the ground rules right below.
- OK Sending photos/images to staff (up to 5 per message) — including showing off a photo you're proud of. This is entirely your choice to offer, never something staff will ask you for.
💞 The Ground Rules for Flirting & Images
- 18+ ONLY This applies strictly to adult (18+) conversations. If you are under 18, staff will keep things support-only and professional, full stop — no flirting, no exceptions, no matter what you say or send. Staff are trained to shut this down immediately and it will be treated as a serious safety issue, not "no fun allowed".
- NO Staff are never obligated to flirt back, accept compliments, or engage that way — it's a personal choice they make, not part of their job. If a staff member keeps things professional, doesn't reciprocate, or says they're not interested, respect that immediately. Continuing to push after that is harassment, not flirting.
- NO Staff will only ever reply in text — they cannot and will not send images back through Staff Chat, no matter what you send them or ask for. Don't expect or pressure anyone for a photo in return.
- NO Staff will never ask you to send images — if you choose to share one, that's entirely on you. A staff member requesting or pressuring you for images is a violation on their end, not something you should feel obligated to do.
- Remember: conversations (including any images you send) are logged and visible to our small staff team internally — see the privacy section below before deciding what you're comfortable sharing.
🚫 What's Not Allowed
- NEVER Any flirting, romantic, or sexual contact if you are under 18, or with someone you know/suspect is under 18. This is completely separate from the 18+ social side above and has zero exceptions.
- NEVER Sharing, describing, or linking to sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any context — including "just asking if it's allowed". This is reported immediately and can result in an instant permanent ban and a law-enforcement referral.
- NO Harassment, insults, threats, or abusive language directed at staff — including continuing to push romantic/sexual attention after a staff member has said no or ignored it.
- NO Hate speech or discriminatory remarks of any kind.
- NO Asking staff to bypass site rules for you — e.g. lift a ban unfairly, approve content that breaks the guidelines, or ignore an age requirement.
- NO Asking staff to share another member's private information (real name, IP, address, email, ban reasons for someone else, etc.). We won't disclose this regardless of how it's asked.
- NO Asking staff to review or "confirm" someone's age from a photo, or to privately share/verify explicit content of anyone else — use the official report system for that instead.
- NO Trying to get a staff member's personal contact details (phone number, personal social media, personal Discord DMs, etc.) to move the conversation off-platform.
- NO Spamming — sending the same message repeatedly, flooding the chat with meaningless messages, or opening chat after chat to bump your place in line.
- NO Impersonating another member, a staff member, or claiming false authority ("I'm actually an admin too", etc.).
- NO Trying to manipulate, bribe ("I'll rate you 10/10 if..."), or pressure staff into favorable moderation treatment — this is different from harmless flirting and is still not allowed.
- NO Sharing illegal content of any kind, or asking staff for help obtaining it.
🔒 Privacy & How Conversations Are Handled
- Staff Chat conversations are logged — both your messages and staff replies (and any images you send) are stored so any staff member can pick up where a previous one left off, and so conversations can be reviewed if there's ever a dispute.
- Messages (and images) are mirrored into our private staff Discord server so the whole team can coordinate and help each other out — this means more than one staff member may see your conversation, even if only one person replies. Keep this in mind before sending anything you wouldn't want more than one person to see.
- Whether you're a guest or a logged-in member, we ask for a name, age, and country (and optionally who you'd prefer to talk to) up front — this is just so staff have context and isn't shared publicly.
- A chat automatically closes after 1 hour of inactivity and moves to our internal archive. Opening the widget again afterwards starts a brand-new, empty conversation — we don't show old finished conversations back to you.
- Staff Chat is not end-to-end encrypted and is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.
⏱️ Response Times
Staff Chat is staffed by real people, not 24/7 support agents — replies usually come within minutes while someone is online, but can take longer (or until the next staff member logs on) if no one is currently available. You'll see a red "Staff is offline" state on the button when no one's around — you can still leave a message and it will be picked up as soon as possible.
For anything urgent involving safety (e.g. CSAM, a minor at risk, or an active threat), please also use the report form in parallel — reports are reviewed with the highest priority and don't depend on someone being online in chat.
⚖️ Consequences for Breaking These Rules
- Warning Minor first-time issues (e.g. an overly aggressive tone, or not respecting a staff member's "no") usually get a polite reminder of these rules with no further action.
- Chat suspension Repeated abuse of Staff Chat (spam, continued harassment, ignoring a staff member's boundaries) results in losing access to the Staff Chat feature specifically, separate from your account standing.
- Account ban Serious violations — threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing attempts, or repeated bad-faith abuse — result in a site-wide ban, same as breaking these rules anywhere else on the platform. See the full Community Guidelines.
- Legal referral Anything involving child sexual abuse material or the exploitation of a minor is reported to the relevant authorities without exception, in addition to an immediate permanent ban.
