🗑️ How to Delete a Photo

Step-by-step instructions for removing your photos from the site.

Guest uploads are managed from the My Uploads page. You need to be on the same device and browser where you originally uploaded the photo. If you've lost access, contact support.

Open the My Uploads page

Go to my-uploads.php (you can also find it in the navigation menu as 🖼️ My Uploads). This page lists every photo you have uploaded during your current browser session.

You will only see your own uploads here — other visitors cannot see or manage your photos on this page.

Find the photo you want to delete

Scroll through your upload cards to locate the photo you want to remove. Each card shows the photo thumbnail, its current status badge (Live, Pending, etc.), and a row of action buttons at the bottom.

Click the 🗑️ Delete button

At the bottom-right of every upload card you will find a red 🗑️ button. Click it to begin the deletion process.

The button is always visible regardless of the photo's approval status — you can delete a pending photo, an approved photo, or a rejected photo.

Confirm the deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to delete this photo?"

Click Yes, Delete to permanently remove the photo, or Cancel to go back without making any changes.

⚠️
This cannot be undone. Once you confirm, the photo is removed and cannot be restored. Make sure you are deleting the correct photo before confirming.

Photo removed ✅

After confirming, the upload card will fade out and disappear from your list. The photo is now deleted and will no longer be visible to anyone on the site.

Tip: Want permanent control over your uploads without worrying about session expiry? Create a free account to keep full management access to all your photos at any time.

Something not working?

If you cannot find your upload, your guest session may have expired (guest sessions last 30 days). Contact support and we can remove the photo for you.

As a member you manage your photos from your Profile page under the 📷 Photos tab. You can delete any of your own photos at any time — no waiting required.

Go to your Profile

Click 👤 My Profile in the navigation bar at the top of any page. This opens your personal profile page.

Open the Photos tab

On your profile page you will see a row of tabs below your profile info. Click the 📷 Photos tab to see all your uploaded photos.

Only your own photos are shown here when you are viewing your own profile. Other visitors see the same tab but with only your approved, public photos.

Find the photo you want to delete

Your photos are displayed in a grid. Scroll until you find the one you want to remove. Below each photo thumbnail there is a small row of action icon buttons:

  • ✏️ Edit the photo's details
  • 💲 Purchase / pricing settings
  • 🗑️ Delete the photo

The action buttons appear under each photo thumbnail. Look for the red trash can.

Click the 🗑️ Delete button

Click the red 🗑️ button under the photo you want to remove. A confirmation prompt will appear in your browser asking you to confirm the deletion.

The delete button is only shown for approved, active photos on your own profile — pending or already-deleted photos do not show it.

Confirm in the browser dialog

Your browser will show a small confirmation dialog. Click OK (or Confirm) to proceed, or Cancel to abort.

Permanent action. Deleted photos cannot be recovered. Double-check you are deleting the right photo before clicking OK.

Confirm the deletion in the browser dialog to finish.

Photo deleted ✅

You will be redirected back to your profile and a success message will confirm the photo has been removed. The photo card will no longer appear in your Photos tab.

💡
Ratings and comments associated with the deleted photo are also removed from public view as part of the deletion process.
