Our AI services are currently unstable

Our AI features are not working reliably right now. Some AI Ratings may work, but many still fail. Community Uploads are also affected, so staff are checking and approving those uploads manually.

Community Uploads

Staff will review and approve or deny Community Uploads by hand while the AI review is unreliable. This takes longer: a decision may take up to 48 hours, instead of the usual 1–5 minutes. Our team is working through the queue while also investigating the AI problems.

AI Ratings

AI Ratings may work, but they can also fail or be blocked. Because the results are not dependable yet, we recommend waiting to use AI Ratings until this notice is removed.

What happened?

These problems began after the PHP2Shell security incident in October 2026. Since then, we have been carefully checking and repairing the parts of the site that handle AI Ratings and upload reviews. Several parts have to work together, so finding and fixing the cause takes time.

What we’re doing

We are working to make AI Ratings and Community Upload reviews reliable again. We may need to rebuild some parts of the AI system, so we cannot give an exact date for a full fix yet.

We’ll keep you informed as we make progress. Thank you for your patience while we work through this carefully.

Please note: AI results may fail or be delayed during this period. A failed AI review does not by itself mean that your upload has been approved.
