📋 Age Policy Update

🤔 Why Did We Make This Change?

Honestly? Because we felt it was the right thing to do. Allowing 13–15 year olds on a platform where adult content is present — even behind age gates — was always something we were uncomfortable with. We had parental consent systems, upload restrictions, and all kinds of safeguards in place, but the reality is that none of that is foolproof.

We looked at the types of content that were ending up on the site, the risk of younger teens encountering adult users or adult material, and we decided we weren't happy with the answer. So we changed it.

16 is still relatively young, and we know that. But it gives us a more defensible and practical line. Users aged 16–17 are young adults who can make more informed decisions, and we feel we can serve them responsibly with the right restrictions in place. 13–15 year olds cannot have accounts here anymore, full stop.

🗑️ What We Removed

As part of this update, the following systems have been permanently shut down:

• Parental Consent Programme — Parents and guardians could previously fill out a form to grant a child limited access to the platform. The programme is now closed to new applicants. No new consent forms will be accepted. However, accounts that were created under this programme before May 1, 2026 remain active. See the grandfathering note below.
• New under-16 registrations — It is no longer possible to create a new account if you are under 16. Any new account found to belong to a user under 16 is removed immediately.
• 13–15 age tier for new users — The restricted tier for new 13–15 year old users no longer exists. Users in this age range cannot register going forward.
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 content from new under-16 accounts — New accounts for users under 16 are not permitted. Existing grandfathered accounts are unaffected (see below).

🔒 Grandfathered Accounts — You Are Not Affected

If your account was created before May 1, 2026 — including accounts created through the Parental Consent Programme — your account stays active and your existing tier permissions remain exactly as they were. Nothing is being taken away from you retroactively.

This means:

• You can continue using the site as normal
• You can continue uploading content within whatever tier your account was approved for at the time of creation
• Your existing uploads are not being removed solely because of this policy change
• Your account will not be suspended because of your age, provided it was legitimately created under the rules that existed at the time

The new restrictions apply to new registrations only. We are not going back and removing valid accounts that followed the rules that were in place when they signed up. That would not be fair, and we are not doing it.

📜 What We Allowed Before (Old System)

Under the old rules, we had a four-tier content system. If your account was created before May 1, 2026, your tier is listed below — these are still your rules if you are a grandfathered account.

Parental consent could allow certain under-13 users access to Tier 1 and Tier 2 content. Tier 3 and Tier 4 had no hard age gate enforced at the system level — the intent was that only appropriate-age users would upload that content, but nothing technically prevented it. This was the core gap we are now closing.

🟢 Tier 1 — Clothed

Who had this tier: All users aged 13 and above. Also available to parental-consent accounts (under 13) approved for basic content.

What you could upload:

• Fully clothed photos — everyday outfits, casual wear, gym clothes, jackets, jeans, shirts, dresses, etc.
• Face photos and portraits
• Clothed body shots from any angle
• Before/after style photos provided they are clothed

What was not allowed:

• Underwear visible as outerwear or pulled down/up to expose skin
• Sheer or see-through clothing where underwear or body parts are clearly visible
• Swimwear (that falls under Tier 2)
• Any nudity or sexual content

Grandfathered Tier 1 accounts: these rules still apply to you. You may continue uploading clothed content as before.

🟡 Tier 2 — Underwear / Swimwear

Who had this tier: Users aged 13 and above, and parental-consent accounts where the consent form specifically approved this tier.

What you could upload:

• Swimwear — bikinis, swim shorts, one-piece swimsuits, boardshorts
• Underwear — briefs, boxers, bras, knickers — worn normally, non-sexual
• Sports bras and athletic wear that exposes midriff
• Lingerie that is non-sexual in presentation (e.g. worn plainly, no suggestive posing)
• Changing room / locker room style photos provided they are underwear/swimwear only and non-suggestive

What was not allowed:

• Sheer or see-through underwear where skin or genitals are clearly visible
• Underwear pulled down or up to expose genitals, buttocks, or breasts
• Suggestive or sexual posing — that is Tier 3
• Any nudity

Grandfathered Tier 2 accounts: these rules still apply to you. You may continue uploading swimwear and underwear content as before, within the same boundaries.

🟠 Tier 3 — Suggestive / Semi-nude

Who had this tier: This tier had no enforced age restriction in the old system — that was the problem. In practice it was intended for older users, but any account could technically upload this content. Going forward, Tier 3 requires the user to be 16 or older.

What you could upload:

• Suggestive or erotic posing in underwear or swimwear
• Sheer, see-through, or revealing underwear/lingerie
• Topless photos where nipples are partially but not fully exposed (e.g. covered by hands, hair, or fabric)
• Partial nudity — bare back, bare stomach, hip/thigh shots that are sexual in presentation but do not show genitals or nipples explicitly
• Provocative or sexual-theme content that does not cross into full nudity

What was not allowed:

• Fully exposed genitals, female nipples (uncovered), or anus — that is Tier 4
• Sexual acts or penetration of any kind
• Content involving anyone who appears to be under 16

Grandfathered Tier 3 accounts: if your account was created before May 1, 2026 and you were uploading Tier 3 content, you may continue under the same rules — provided you are at least 16 years old.

🔴 Tier 4 — Explicit / Nude

Who had this tier: Like Tier 3, this tier had no hard age gate enforced at the system level. It was intended for adults only. Going forward, Tier 4 requires the user to be 18 or older — no exceptions.

What you could upload:

• Full nudity — exposed genitals, female nipples, bare buttocks
• Artistic nude photography
• Explicit sexual content — erotic poses with visible genitals, masturbation, sexual situations (non-penetrative)
• Body-focused explicit shots (close-ups of genitals, breasts, etc.)

What was not allowed (and still is not allowed):

• Penetration or hardcore sexual acts — this site is not a pornography host
• Sexual content involving anyone under 18 — zero tolerance, no exceptions
• Non-consensual content of any kind (NCII)
• Content featuring multiple people where any participant has not clearly consented to the upload

Grandfathered Tier 4 accounts: if your account was created before May 1, 2026 and you were uploading Tier 4 content, you may continue — but only if you are 18 or older. The 18+ requirement for explicit/nude content is not grandfathered. If you are under 18, Tier 4 content is not permitted regardless of when your account was created.

✅ What We Allow Now (New System)

The rules are now cleaner and stricter:

These rules apply to new accounts created from May 1, 2026 onward. Accounts that were legitimately created before this date under the old consent system are grandfathered and continue with their approved tier access. No new under-16 registrations are possible under any circumstances.

🗂️ About Pre-May 2026 Content

We want to be completely transparent about this: there are photos on this site that were uploaded under the old rules, and some of them may include nudity or suggestive content from users who were minors at the time.

Under our old system, Tier 3 (suggestive/semi-nude) and Tier 4 (explicit/nude) had no hard age restriction enforced at the system level. There was no technical gate stopping a younger user from uploading that content — the only barrier was our AI moderation, which was never intended to be the sole line of defence. As we've always been honest about, the AI is not infallible. Content from underage users made it through, particularly from older-looking teens who were not caught by the automated detection. This was a genuine gap in our system, not just an edge case.

These photos should not be here. The problem is scale: we have a large number of uploads across years of operation, and we physically cannot scan every single one by hand quickly. Our automated tools catch a lot, but not everything.

What we're doing about it:

• We are running retroactive scans using updated AI tools to identify and remove content from accounts confirmed or suspected to belong to under-18 users at the time of upload
• We are cross-referencing flagged accounts against age data where it exists in our records
• Any photo from a now-identified under-16 account is being removed regardless of content type
• We continue to cooperate with NCMEC and Finnish law enforcement (KRP) on any confirmed CSAM cases

This process takes time. We are not pretending it will be instant. But we are doing it, and we will keep doing it.

📌 Summary

• New minimum age: 16 years old, effective May 1, 2026
• Parental consent programme: Closed to new applicants — no new consent forms accepted from May 1, 2026
• Grandfathered accounts: Accounts created before May 1, 2026 (including via consent) remain active and keep their existing tier permissions
• Ages 16–17 (new accounts): Can upload clothed, underwear, swimwear, and suggestive content — no nudity or explicit
• Ages 18+ (new accounts): All content types permitted
• New under-16 registrations: Not possible. Any newly created account found to belong to a user under 16 is removed immediately
• Old content: We are actively working to remove pre-policy content. Please report anything that looks wrong — it will be taken down on the first report
